On Wednesday, August 3, 2016, Forbes published its list of Top 100 and Top 200 Financial Advisors, which honors the best performing FAs across the US. This marks Forbes first external recognition list that RJ Shook is creating in partnership with Forbes.

The rankings were developed by Forbes partner SHOOK Research, and are based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative data, rating thousands of wealth advisors with a minimum of seven years of experience and weighing factors such as revenue trends, AUM, compliance records, industry experience and best practices learned through telephone and in-person interviews. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. SHOOK does not receive a fee in exchange for rankings.
